Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied your order, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us and we will provide information on how to do this (please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, please see below for details). Items being returned must be fully re-packaged in the original packaging (unless agreed otherwise by us), and in perfect condition, suitable for us to resell at full retail value*.

All our items leave us in perfect condition, however if you need to return an item because of damage sustained during transit, then we will attempt to provide you with a like-for-like replacement, and if this is not possible a full refund will be issued. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with detailed photo’s of the packaging and damaged items.

UK return postage costs:

UK Return postage will be arranged and paid for upfront by us (the service will in most cases be DPD), this is to ensure the correct service is selected and to ensure that the contents of the package(s) being returned are fully insured. Once we have received the package(s) back and checked the contents we will then process the refund (subject to our terms & conditions) minus the cost of the return postage. The costs for return postage are based on the value of the contents (per package) and we classify the price as such:

  • Up to £150 - £15

  • Up to £300 - £20

  • Up to £500 - £30

For International returns we will assess each order individually and discuss the best way to proceed, however any taxes and import duties due as a result of of the package entering the UK will be the responsibility of the customer.
