What are your flowers made of?
Our arrangements are made of luxury silk flowers, contemporary vases and finished with natural look aqua resin which provides the realism of fresh flowers in water.
How long will my FAUX flowers last?
A difficult question to answer exactly but depending on the environment and with some regular care we would say a good starting estimate is 5 to 10 years, but in theory they should last as long as you keep caring for them.
How do I care for my FAUX flowers?
Treat them like real flowers, move them around your home and avoid leaving them in one place for long periods, including in direct sunlight. For everyday cleaning you can use a regular duster, a vacuum with a sock over the hose, or even a hairdryer on the cold setting (Do not use heat). For more stubborn dust, spray with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar.
How long does it take to produce a FAUX arrangement?
As all of our arrangements are made to order by hand, and vary in size and complexity, the time it takes to produce an arrangement will vary. Other variables such as stock levels, the time of year and current demand may have an impact too.
How long will it take to process my order?
We try our best to have all orders processed and shipped within 14 working days from receiving your order. If this is not possible, we will contact you to let you know.

Can I cancel my order if I have changed my mind?
As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel at any time for a full refund. Once it has been dispatched you would need to follow the required returns procedure. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
How do I return my order?
Contact us via email or via our contact page within 14 days of receipt and we will guide you through the process.
My item was damaged when it arrived. What do I do?
We sincerely hope this does not happen, however if it does, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
Where are you based and can I collect my order directly from you?
We are located in Cheshire, United Kingdom, (Info regarding collection).
Do you have a shop or sell arrangements via retail outlets?
At present we are an online retailer only and we have no plans at present to sell via retail outlets.
Do you do custom arrangements?
Yes we do, if you would like your own arrangement please contact our team and we will be happy to speak to you regarding your requirements. Please be aware that the full process from concept design to shipment will take considerably longer than the arrangements shown on our website and this should be taken into consideration.
Do you cater for Weddings?
Yes we do, our arrangements are ideal for that perfect Wedding. If you have a Wedding Arrangement idea in mind please contact our team and we will be happy to speak to you regarding your requirements. Again, please be aware that the process from concept design to ready for shipment will take considerably longer and this should be taken into consideration when planning your special day.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We currently do not sell gift vouchers, however this is something we are working on and they will be available very soon.
